It might just be evolution at work

Our reluctance to accept the inevitability of the consequences of global warming may only be natural selection or survival of the fittest at work. We are on track to a Twenty Second Century coming and going without any humans alive to experience it.

The election issues like the economy, women's rights and other issues don't matter much when the real issue is survival of our human species.

Extreme weather might convince enough people that global warming is real to create a political tipping point, but that needs to happen before the earth reaches a tipping point in the survival of our species.

Right now it doesn't look good for my children or any human under 30 years old.

Like I said before, politicians need to keep in mind that their constituents will be extremely angry once there is no doubt among sane people that the earth is growing too warm for us to exist.
